Best guide for Curacao available. Found it very handy for deciding on beaches and sites to see--wouldn't have considered going to national park, Shete Boka which was beautiful!My only criticism is that the guide seems to paint a cautious picture of crime (particularly car break-ins) throughout the island. Maybe this was the case when the guide was written, but the parks and beaches the guide mentioned as crime-prone that I visited had security attendants. I felt safe throughout the island being aware but not paranoid.
This e-book offers thoughtful impressions of beaches, treks, museums and the vibrant culture of Curacao during a 91 day stay. There are links to maps, photos, videos and other helpful information. It's an enjoyable read with great insights and photos. Thank you, Michael and Jurgen

Learnt so much about this little island from this book. I wanted to pack my bags and head off to explore for myself.
This is an amazing, complete guide of Curacao! We love to explore the island for its beautiful beaches, but cannot wait to go back for everything we missed. An absolute must read for anyone visiting!
We had been To Curacao 2 years ago. We returned this year and as we had done all the super touristy things - we wanted to explore the island more. Michael and Juergen's book was the perfect reminder for us of what we still hadn't yet experienced. Filled with great stories, images and not so obvious places to visit this became our bible over the past week. Thanks again for helping shape our amazing holiday. And thanks for showing us where to find the turtles. It literally made my Christmas. :)
great book, just what i needed to prepare for a trip to curacao.....in particular was looking for eating/beach spots that wouldnt be too touristy and they listed several.
